TVA-ul final aplicat pe factura (9% sau 19%) va fi conform incadrarii produsului si a clientului in baza Legii privind Codul fiscal.
Clientii PJ care se incadreaza pentru TVA 9% vor completa o Anexa pentru validarea comenzii.
